We have found these steps helpful in solving video streaming issues:

1) Adjust Options on Windows Media Player

2) Right Click on top of Media Player to access options

        Tools>Options>Performance

3) Change Network Buffering to: Buffer - 1 second of content

4) Change Video Acceleration from FULL to halfway to NONE (if slider is not available, click on RESTORE DEFAULTS)

Click on APPLY and OK
